Can an HPOP leak cause extremely low LPO pressure?

Well to answer my original question, can an HPOP leak be bad enough to cause extremely low LPO pressure? The answer is yes. Got the truck back together with a new HPOP, and my base oil pressure at cold idle is 75. Hot idle is around 30. 1200rpm, at operating temp is 45psi. Running down the road it is a bit over 50psi.
