Alright I'm not sure if this is the right section so im sorry if it isn't. I recently swapped a 12v into my 99 and had everything working properly except the tach which isnt a big deal at the moment. I've been driving the truck everyday now for about 3 months now and last Sunday it stopped charging. I put an external voltage regulator on when I did the swap instead of getting the cam and crank sensors working properly for the time being and has been holding about 14 volts this whole time. I can not for the life of me figure out why it will not charge now though. I have put all of these parts in new in the last 2 days- voltage regulator, alternator, starter, main power from alt. to fuse box, new ground from engine to body, checked all other grounds I'm pretty sure? What else could it be? Thanks a lot any help will be much appreciated!
