Cant read scripts

its saying it cant read scripts when i try to read my stock tune... any reason why this is happeneing? i have the latest software, any help would be greatly appreciated:thankyou2:

I could be wrong but I think you need to update your firmware on controller

I updated the firmware and deleted my exisiting v8 and redownloaded it fromyour website and Between Rob, and all the generous forum members i think i got it all figured it out..... for now lol Thanks for checking in! your customer service is Top Notch.
