I got the kit from CDS and 4 springs and some instructions came. My problem is the spring inside the idle spring doesn't fit on the stock seat. It just fits on top of the lip. I have a BD 4k in now that came with new seats so i have all the stock parts out that will go back in with the 5k springs. All the stock parts fit nicely together and so did the 4k. Should i have got new seats with the 5ks, should the inside diameter be bigger than it is, or does it sit on the top of the lip when going in? I called and they didnt really help just said its fine and i should put it together.
 
So i just leave the seats out totally and have to spring sit on nothing?
 
mine are 2 springs and sit the same but now we cant get past 1 click so this sux
 
It's been quite a while since I installed mine but I believe you are supposed to use the seat, what do the instructions say???,....... mine are at home and not in front of me......

I had to take everything out cept for the wear washer witch is the last thing in there I hope, we started with 5 clicks took a drive and in 3rd gear I just punched and it went to 5k so I let out pretty quick but the idlle is real hard to set so we backed it down to 4 clicks and idle is alot better stays around 900 pretty happy with them no more frogger

Fairly so, I did the .040 then up to .060 for the washers and it was a little better, I had it set at initial plus 2 and it was live able then I broke the tranny so it's going to be sitting for a while.
