What is the best sounding muffler in your opinion? I am going to change mine. I was thinking magnflow or mbrp? The one I have is pretty much hallow anyway,its not a name brand. I am running 4 inch.
 
I'm pretty sure the best one is a regular old piece of 4in Pipe, that fits in place of the muffler.
 
Well I am not wanting it super loud, I just figured it may change the way it sounds alittle. I havent heard one with no muffler so I really dont know.I dont want it as loud in the cab as outside the cab.
 
I have mine stragiht piped and it sounded slighly differentwhen I had the MBRP muffler one it opposed to nothing. In the truck it mae no real difference.
 
my magnaflow 4inch is quiter then my friends mbrp, same tone, same good sound. I put a flow pro 5 incher on for a customer and I did not like that one, lol.
 
i think i am gonna just leave it alone, not worth spending the money just for chits and giggles
 
high dollar muffler. Do you run a hushpower muffler? I listened to it on their website, my truck sounds about the same. It sounds good.
 
I really like my 4" magnaflow, deep sound and it knocks ALOT of the turbo whistle down inside the cab.
 
what's wrong with good old fashion 5" pipe - no muffler & no CAT? May be a bit too loud for you though! lol
