Check your control arm mounts

Guys, check your control arm mounts. I got death wobble today and after looking around i found that the ear the holds the upper left control arm to the frame had completely broken off, along with both control arm mounting brackets on the frame being cracked in multiple areas. I wouldn't be surprised if i off roaded my truck all the time, but this is my daily driver with normal daily use. Does anyone know where i can buy those brackets?

If i was sure i was going to be keeping the truck i probably would, or at least weld it up. But i may be selling it and don't want to take any risk with someone else safety.
 
Could just get a set of long arms and put them in. Help the truck ride a bit better too.
