Checking stock wastegate?

HX35, edge juice w/attitude.

wont hit over 27psi, and thats if im really railing on it. egts are over 1350 when its wot over 100mph.

i did have a huge boost leak and couldnt keep my stock boots on. Put BD boots, and a tunnel ram intake on it and now its just back to how it was before i started popping boots off.

I have a boost elbow.

Working on checking the tube that connects to the boost elbow, going to try a new one to see if i had a leak there.

One thing i noticed- should i be able to move the wastegate rod? cant budge the thing.

You can tee into the rubber wastegate line and run compressed air to it and see if the rod moves. I don't know what the spec is on these, I work on big rigs. But it is the same principle. Yours might be froze up, they get that way sometimes. I don't know what a boost elbow is, is that some aftermarket thing?
