First off, my name is Cal; I don't post a whole lot on here, mainly just try to read and learn. I'm trying to sell my first gen as I've got a new pickup now, but am having no luck on ebay, so I thought I'd see if any of you guys might be interested in it...

For starters, this truck is in very good condition. I am the second owner and have owned it since November of 2005. It is a 2 wheel drive, D-250 regular cab with an A-518 auto. The truck is navy blue, and was repainted about 2 years ago. The flatbed is about 3 years old and is in very good condition. As for the interior, the vinyl bench seat has a couple tears in it, the headliner has been re-upholstered, and the floor has been coated with bedliner; the rubber mat is still in place. The dash has no cracks or anything like that, all the gauges work as well as the cruise control, and all the gauge cluster lights have been replaced with LED's. It has an Alpine stereo with iPod compatability, and the door speakers I replaced with kicker 6x9's. I also put in pillar mount Isspro boost/pyrometer gauges before I started tweaking anything. The interior of this truck is very clean, the only issue I have with it is that the air conditioner is not blowing. Either the blower motor has bitten the dust, or it's not receiving full voltage. Also, some of the weatherstripping between the windows and the door is dry rotted. I replaced the door rubber about 3 years ago.

Mechanically, the truck is solid. It runs like a top. The VE has been rebuilt with all new seals and has been tweaked a little bit, including an aftermarket fuel pin. I put on a four inch system from the downpipe back with a flow-through muffler not too long ago. I also built a cold air intake for it and changed the exhaust housing out to a 16cm. Other than those few modifications, nothing major has been done to it.

The tires have about 50% tread left on the back, and about 90% on the front. I just replaced the front brake rotors and calipers. The front end has new upper and lower ball joints, idler arm, shocks and springs. The windshield was just replaced about 6 months ago.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me, as I'm sure there are things that I have left out..
I am asking $4500 obo. I have more pics below.

Thanks,
Cal Smith

bump for a nice looking flartbed... If it was what I was looking for I would be all over this thing!

bump for a clean truck. I met Cal a couple years ago and thought his truck was slow. now i was drunk when i rode in it, but its a lot quicker than i expected. Very clean truck that I would buy if I had a spot for it.

thanks for the comments guys! truck is pretty sweet, just not practical for a college student right now!
