I am pulling the Head, and while it is off i thought i would clean the Injectors.
is there anywhey to clean them up without damage? didnt want to risk jambing debris it the holes. they are Westons 5 x .014

You could probably just spray them down real good with brake cleaner, and a rag.

I've seen people use wire wheels on them, but I've always been warned against that.

Find someone that has an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. that would do it pretty dang good. lol

i soaked mine in diesel for a couple days then whipped them with a lint free rag and sprayed with brake clean and whipped off again. helped alot. sounds stupid but typically they dont soak in diesel that is why it helps.

i soaked mine in seafoam for like 8 hours, and they came pretty clean. the ultrasonic is a good idea. but unless u have one i doubt the local jewler would letcha use it for that lol

they arent that hard to take apart and clean all the internals, i bought my 5x12s as just nozzles and went down to a local shop and found 6 random core injectors, cleaned them up on a wire wheel, tore them apart and cleaned everything with brake cleaner, put them back together with my new nozzles and pop tested them and they worked great and all poped at the same psi

take the nozzles off the injectors and using the straw that comes with the brake parts cleaner place the straw up in the nozzle and spray away. It will pressurize in the tip and clean all of the holes up.
