Clicking noise then locked breaks

Just wanted to get some thoughts.

About a week ago the truck started making a slight clicking noise seemed to be coming from the front end of the truck. Slowly rolled into the driveway and seemed like the clicking was only happening once every full wheel rotation. Only had time to check U-joints at that time and both seemed good.

Just yesterday the clicking got crazy and the brakes started locking up and the pedal was completly stiff.

Wanted to see what you guys thought before i looked at it in the next few days

Just fixed a minivan with those symptoms.
Collapsed hose on the caliper.

sounds like wheel bearing to me
