Clutch junk?

Ok while driving around town today in my 98 with a 5spd and 3600 dd southbend i noticed the clutch not disengaging very much now its to the point i have to start it in gear and it seems locked up.. I have the south bend hd hydros tried tom adjust them a lil but no help??? just time for a new clutch?
 
Mine acted the same way the day i broke my dual disk in half.
 
I just put a regular clutch in a dually the other day. When I took it out for a test drive I had the same symtoms as you describe plus clutch pedal pressure felt weak. I pulled the slave cylinder off and back bled it by pushing in the rod 6 or 7 times. It solved my problem. I'm not saying that's your problem but it's easy to try this.
 
Well, one of the levers was broke, got ahold of southbend and gotta send presure plate to them and he said they'll take care of it I just gotta pay shipping. Great guys to deal with
