Clutch, transmission, or slave/master cylinder?

I have a 2001 6 speed and it's very hard to get in reverse and does not wanna go in first or second gear at all. It's hard to get it in gear when down shifting and when its started in gear with the brake mashed it lunges. Anybody know if it's my clutch or the slave and master cylinders need replacing or if it could possibly by my trans.?
