Check you battery connections and all your grounds.. Block, fenders, block at ecm, etc.
 
Also the ground at the back of the head to the cab that I have had problems with before.
 
Its a nasty voltage Code... generally related to batteries, cables Etc,if that won't cure it report Back..in most case it throws the truck into limp mode UGH.
 
Rule your batteries out by disconnecting one at a time and cranking. Truck should turn over slower but still fire. Just one good battery will crank the truck, not ideal but it will.
