I wanted to drop a couple pics on what I do here in PA when it gets really cold out (like under 60* for me). One of my businesses is Sanderson Powdercoating so if you ever had some questions or want anything powdered let me know. The Dodge turbos are powdercoated, even the exhaust sides. This manifold used to see close to 2000* more often than I like to admit. After the initail smell wears off, it looks excellent. These pics aren't of a new build. I have had this off plenty of times since and the powder still sticks like ceramic. The high temp powders have a lot of ceramic in them as a matter of fact. The CJ-7 is this winters project so it still isn't ready for the full tear back down for paint just yet. A few things still need finished. It has the 6.5 TD with an WH1C. I took the fiberglass body off and went back to a steel (I have sent 3 drive shafts through the floor, one landed in the back seat). It also has custom gull wing fenders to aid in servicing and access. 3.5 straight pipe that goes to spintech oval in the rear wheel well. Dana 60's locked with 38.5 Boggers plus a few other things. Let me know what you think?
