Common Rail Head

fresh out of machine shop I bought for a truck that i ended up selling now I need to get rid of the head

$700 plus shipping

I had an 03 and the local cummins dealer said it was not the same, but that it would work.

i think it is off a 04.5 or later they have the better valves.

should work on all CR trucks

and 24 valve trucks (it's been done on this fourm look under the dyno fourm)
 
not to my knowledge but the machine work was done when i bought it.

the guy I bought it from had wrecked the truck and was selling all the parts to try to make payoff.
 
What did the machine shop do to the head? Is there anyway for sure to tell wht year head it is? If it's an '04.5 or newer head I am very interested.
 
parts guy at cummins said that it was from a 04.5 or newer
i'm not a machineist but the work that was done on the head was to prepare it for reinstallation. so my best guess is decked and valve job and inspected.
 
Need a head for my '03, dropped a bunch of valves. How much for shipping to Cochrane, Alberta Canada, T4C 1J2? Thanks!

How much for the head shipped to 30103(business address)? I can pay now if we can make a deal. Do you guarantee it to be good?
