See the link above for the discussion of what this pipe is. So far as I understand it this is a common rail down pipe which came with my turbonetics single turbo kit. It would surve to adapt the 4" turbine outlet of my hp66 to the remainder of the exhaust system. Since I have a 2nd gen 12v obviously it is of no use to me. It is bran new. You will need to find a 4" v-band clamp for it. Make me a reasonable offer and it's yours. Thanks.

I can get more pictures from any angle if any specific questions arive.

Also, turbonetics indicated it was a down pipe for later year dodge diesel trucks but since i've not installed it on a common rail can't say 100% sure that's the case, the people answering the phone for them don't always seem to have factual information.
 
ID of down pipe is 4". If anyone is interested in the IC pipe in the link it's id is about 2.25" and OD v-band flange to v-band flange is 3".
