So Ive been pulling Workstock a little bit and realize they dont have a lot of WS pulls and would like to bump up to 2.6. So far what I have is in my signature but Im going to be putting a cam in this winter upgrading the turbo to like a 66/71 14 (might go bigger on the ex housing) upgrading to 150hp inj or 200hp inj and I kept my stock CP3 so I can run duals. I have traction bars in the works and I already have suspension stops and a weight bracket. I think my truck having 4.10s and I run Pro comp Extreme ATs should be good. I think it should be a decent 2.6 truck just fill in the blanks or add whatever else I might need

no not yet I know Im going to need that and an Intercooler but it all takes time

lose the 20s they dont hook up very well, you need the added sidewall from a smaller wheel to get sidewall flex. I pulled with the pro comp X AT(35x12.5x17) last year and they worked really well.

ya Id rather not lose the the 20s they hook pretty good and they seem to last longer then 17s The blue 2.8 Dmax that pulls good around here runs 20s and keeps right up with the guys running 16s.

first you might want to check your local rules. around here in the 2.6 class you can not run dual cp-3's, or a weight bar out front and my silver bullet 66/71/14 will not pass as a 2.6 charger

Go with a S465 charger from Engineered Diesel. If you are going to drive the truck, I wouldn't go over a 150hp injector. Anything over that and you start loosing streetability. I would also get a Dr.Performance pressure box. The TNT/R is good on rail pressure, but starts to fall off around 3700rpm. The Dr.P will go all the way to 4K.

You actually maybe suprized on how well your current setup would do in a 2.6 class. Our setups are pretty close except I run a 6spd, Floorit 2 pump and a I.I. Silver 62/74/14 turbo. I run mostly 2.5 classes, but I have made some 2.6 events and my truck can hold its own in the class.

You have some messed up rules, how would a SB66 not pass as a 2.6 thats what I run and it passes even with the NADM rules. And if there not allowing weight then it must be a 8000lb class. never seen twin CP3s not allowed either. The class your run sounds more like one of those messed up work stock classes.

I know for a fact my buddies sb66 failed tech last year in ohio 3 diff. times and he got dq even though it is a off the shelf charger...

that is the reason I pull my 04.5 in the modified class.

Turbocharger: The vehicle is limited to a 9-1/2" (maximum compressor diameter) single charger with 2.6" maximum inducer no bushings will be allowed”. Charger is a Single 2.60"(66mm) measured at the smallest diameter of the compressor wheel (will be measure with a go-no go gauge) and the housing must be smaller than 2.65"(measured with 2.65"plug) from the opening to the wheel(a minimum of 3/4" of inducer bore before the comp. wheel), no tapering of the inducer bore or plugs allowed. 1/4" Map groove maximum allowed and no other ways of allowing air to the wheel other than inducer bore and map groove are allowed. Turbo must remain in the factory location as manufactured by the OEM. The turbo may be raised or lowered to accommodate aftermarket pedestals. Must fit stock hood

I would most likely be running ITPA theres the turbo rules. doesnt say anything about no dual cp3s im pretty sure its allowed. I am going to be at least installing a cam, 150s and a 66mm turbo

does anyone know ITPA rules on CP3s website does not specify and I know at Scheid this year they are going to allow them

Some SB66 will accept a 2.65 plug. Making it to big of a charger to meet the rules. Happened many times.

Its a 50-50 shot on every SB66 that is sold wether or not it will pass a 2.65" plug... I would get a s400 with a 66mm inducer, its usaully cheaper too.

I would go a HTT Pro66 and it passes inspection.
But I would get a 16cm housing to be competive..More top end
