connecting rod cap torque procedure

well guys I'm at the point during my rebuild that I need to torque down the rod caps. However I'm unsure of what the correct procedure is. Is it anything similar to how the main caps are step torqued and turned so many degrees? If so, does anybody have the torque specs handy? tia guys:rockwoot:

Alternately, tighten the two capscrews.
Step 1, 30N.m or 22 ft-lb
Step 2, 60N.m or 44 ft-lb
Step 3, Rotate clockwise 60* degrees.
