Does anyone know how to contact Don M? I tried to PM but his inbox is full, no phone number on his site ( or E-mail) , Dealers for his products are too busy to answer the phone, what do I do? I bought a set of his injectors and would like to get them cleaned and checked out before I install them. Any help is appreciated, thanks, Rob.

Good luck, call one of his dealers, this one reason I dont deal w/ F1.

Yea it will be kinda hard to get a hold of him directly but the best way to would be contacting one of his dealers. which dealers of his did you try?

yea don doesnt like to talk to us common folk

As a business owner myself, I can understand why Don doesn't put his phone number on his site...do you know hard it is to get anything done when you have to stop every 5 minutes to answer the phone? Quality suffers, speed suffer, and your stress level goes waaaaayyyy up!!

He's busy...as far as I know he's a one man shop, that is doing a ton of injector work...keep trying his dealers, it's worth it;)

Try Tim Barber @ TRE Diesel...that is my dealer of choice, but pretty much all of them are top notch, but also, busy!

I've bought 4 sets of his injectors and 2 of his cams. I've never talked to him either, but going through one of his dealers is easy. They will tell you where to send them. Good luck with whatever size you bought. They are the best injectors I've ever used.

Want me to ask for you?
His shop is the next street over from ours. ;)

XLR8R,
I would very much appreciate you asking him for me. I just can't see sending them to another, very busy shop in the hopes they eventually get sent to don. If possible, I would prefer to send them in to F1 directly, if he wants to have me pay someone else, I guess I could, but it's not a new parts sale, I just want a cleaning and confirmation on what I bought. I'll try calling Barber, see where I get...Thanks guys!

P.S. is there another place I should consider sending them?

Let me know if Tim can't help you - don't want to step on another dealer's toes... we have quick service with F1 Diesel, since Don & I are within gunshot range of each other. :hehe:

So there really is a DonM?

I go through Source Automotive, but the injectors get shipped to Don direct. All of Don's dealers that I have ever had anything to do with are top notch. If the dealer can't answer the question you have (though they probably can), they can get an answer very quickly from Don. From a selfish standpoint I like the fact that Don stays in the shop!

Talked to him a little while back about my injecter problem. He told me it would be approxamently 2 months before I would get them back.

Did you get ahold of Tim. If you can't I talked to him the other day and he was on vacation.

That's what I thought too but that's what he said when I called about that gasket. I think Tim even works on christmas and his birthday. I know he has had the hood up on mine on a holiday weekend.
Tim took a vacation? I don't believe it.:bs::hehe:

Someone PM'ed me all his info, I will try to call tomarrow, and see where I get direct to his shop. If they shut me down, then I'll start trying dealers. Thanks everyone!
