convert 2wd nv 4500 in 4x4?

buddy of mine bought a 2wd nv4500 to replace his auto. looking to see what all it would take to make it to work for a 4x4 or if its even possible. so any feedback is appreciated. thanks in advance

output shaft and tail housing and input on tcase

Like above post, 4wd mainshaft and tailhousing are the biggest pieces, also have to change input in tcase. I just did one myself, it wasnt too bad just make sure you have some good snap ring and retaining ring pliers on hand and lay everything out the way it comes off the mainshaft. I used my 01 service manual for instructions. I did ruin a bearing but other than that no problems.
