Converter lock up switch

So i got a wiring diagram from TST products for a converter lock up switch i followed the instructions exactly double checked it. checked all of my connections and i got nothing. Truck doesnt drive any different with the switch on or off. It should stall the truck out if you try to come to a stop and it did nothing. Can anyone help?
