converter locking and unlocking

just got heads ringed and decided to turn up the boost to see if i could get top charger to light a little sooner well make a long story short it light a little faster and made a few more psi but when i got to the top end power of it the converter kicked in and out of lock up.i have a sonax/dtt convert not sure what it is but befor this happend the convert locked hard and held it locked. im pruty sure that my valve body is not to beefed up could this be the problem. any info would be appricated

A few things could be causing it, check your grounds and make sure they are clean, check the ground cable from the pcm to the fire wall, if its a older truck and does not have the cable then just run one from the bolt holding the pcm to the firewall to the negative terminal, also try the apps reset, just look in the FAQ section, also just do a search under the subject and you will find a ton of info, good luck.

Thanks i will try these things but i all ready have a noise filter would this have cured this problem or mabey not i just thout it was wired when i had put more boost to it
