Im looking to turn my single axle truck into a dually strictly for looks wise just gathering info now.
before you guys slam me for saying looks wise heres the deal

the truck is a 1939 dodge on a 1996 2500 2wd frame with original 2wd suspension. back in 39 this truck was a dually and I think would look more appropriate as a dually again.

so ill need a dana 80 dually axle
6 wheels/tires
set of rotors with the spacers attached?
will my stock calipers fit the 3500 rotors?
anything else im missing
I wont need the heavier duty suspension for what this truck is

The spacers are just bolted on so you don't need the rotor, you should be able to bolt the spacer on with your rotors.

This is true for 2nd gen 4wd's and 00+ 2wds. Pre-00 used one piece rotor/hubs on the duallies. Although I think the later OEM bolt on spacers will fit onto the the older hubs. Stock calipers should be fine if its the 8800 lbs. 2500 chassis currently.
