I found a truck that fits what I have been looking for sans the 5 Speed. Assuming that I can scrounge up the parts and have someone that is very good at this type available is it worth it? I'm assuming that everything is pretty much a swap around without any custom work needed as it was an OEM option? It is a '94 auto, by the way, if that make a difference.

Let's see you are going from a automatic to a 5 speed and both were behind a dodge Cummins?

Well if I recall correctly you will need the dash, steering colum, pedel assembly, bell housing, clutch, and transmission, and I think the drive shaft.

the pedal mouunt, drive shafts, hydraulics, cluch flywheel, and trans and possibly input in transfer case

I tried searching and found dead ends. I appreciate the input. At this point, it looks as though the truck is sold though. Thanks again

Sorry, the link in my post was to a search with LOTS of posts.

Go to "Advanced Search" and type this in the "Keywords" box: +auto +manual +swap

Select "Search Titles Only" and enjoy.
