Just finished the install on my DIY coolant bypass- will post up some pics. Started the truck up to check for leaks and found a leak where the -10 hose connects to the JIC fitting. The leak isn't at the fitting itself but at the sleeve leading up to the connecto. I'm not familiar with hydraulic hoses and JIC connections so I don't know if they made a bad crimp or what. Also not sure how to fix it outside of bringing the hose back to the local fastner shop that made it. Any ideas?

I'd go back to the hose shop that assembled it and make them fix it. Then test it on the spot.

Just spoke with the shop that made the hose. They are going to make it right and pressure test it on the spot to 100psi.
