coolant in 6.0

Which coolant do I need to get for my 6.0? Degas is dry.

The GOLD stuff from Ford is what all the techs tell me to put in.

Zerex has a gold G05 coolant if you can't find the motor craft. Smells and tastes like the factory stuff.
