Coolant leak. Water pump?

I have a leak on the front on the engine but can't pinpoint where, too much stuff in the way. My thinking is just order a water pump and tear into it this weekend. Anything else I should consider? It's not the head gasket, definitely lower, and definitely not coming from the radiator.

How big of a pain is this job? Can I leave the radiator in and still get to it? Fan clutch probably has to come off first, and I think I might need a special wrench for it?
 
I watched a guy change on in the parking lot at work.
 
oh geez after a quick search i see that tiny little thing is the water pump. piece of cake then. i figured it was behind the fan.
 
Water pump sounds like your culprit. Mine did the same thing. Get a Cummins replacement. I got in a pinch and had to use a reman. Ended up repeating the procedure when it crapped the bed... 5000 miles later. $.02
