I think you need a bigger gear, the second pull seamed like it loaded the engine more and didn't bounce of the rev lim as much.

How'd you place??? Looked to go a bit farther in the 2.8 class!! Nice ground speed as well. :cool:

I'm sure TJ will :kick: and correct me if i'm wrong, but i think he got 2nd in 2.6 and 1st in 2.8.

yup, tried another gear in the 2.8 class. i cant wait to get some better tires and see if they help any.

What size tires and how much tread left on the BFG AT's? I didn't really pay attention the other day.

If the tread wear is similar, I'd be willing to trade for my Goodyear MT/R's i have on my white truck.

Edit: My tires are 285/75 16's.

these are 33x12.50 16.5's I actually have 7 tires all about 40-50% tread, but 3 of them are the older style "radial" AT's and 4 are the new AT KO.

but I have a set of trxus STS's coming soon

im slowly finding all the weak links, i know its gonna have to be replaced sooner or later
 
Hey Tj whats the cheapest price you have found for sts's? lowest i found is 175, i assume your looking for 33x12.50. i been trying to get some since the test & tune, but don't have the funds.
 
175!!! what wheel size? im looking for 33 12.50 17 and i can find $234 but thats the best.
 
yea the 17's are a big jump in price.

and the more fuel part is slowly being worked on...next year it will be solved.
