Covering up NV4500 spedo hole

Im doing a nv4500 swap on my fummins. I noticed when I uncrated my fresh rebuilt nv4500 that it has a hole in the tailshaft for a vehicle speed sensor.

My F-350 picks up off the rear end so I don't need this large gaping hole in my tranny. What can I use to fill this hole ? I can't find the correct sensor to buy a dummy one to stick in the hole.

It's a pretty big hole!! (its a 2wd tranny btw)

I've seen an expandable rubber pipe plug used before. It's not pretty, but it works.

What's the chances of one of those coming out & emptying the contents of oil?
