Cp3 rebuild?

Where can I get my cp3 rebuilt or is it cheaper to buy a new one? It's got 230,000 miles and it was still running strong but now that I'm starting to upgrade the truck I'm thinking it's got a lot of miles.
Dual cp'3 are in near feature.
