CR melt down ?

Has anyone melt down a CR with out a pressure box/mp-8?

stuck injectors dont count.....lol
I was discussing this today with a friend and dont recall ever hearing of someone doing it without a pressure box.

i have a friend that just windowed the block on his 05 one ton.
EDIT: this was with no pressure box. i believe he was running a diablosport predator?

I know of a couple 04.5 that burned down only mods on the one was a Cold air exhaust and a superchips.

Yep DS predator...He called today and said #1cyl looked scorched and looked as though he'd need a few valves. I think most you see that are stock that meltdown have underlying issues such as injectors etc. Also I've seen alot of trucks running smartys ruin more motors/injectors than most others.

It's a programmer that has pressure increase in some of it's tunes.
