This should be locked with your vin number. It wont work on another truck unless you download a standard smarty program on it.

Correct it is vin locked. I was told you could have it unlocked by bob. that all you have to do is call him and he will send you the program by e-mail. Was told it would still be the same program not standard as long as you have the springs and other stuff they like you to have to turn 4,000. Was told this keeps people from given a programmer to a guy and it's set up wrong and boom you know the rest! I have Bob's number so I will give him a call tomorrow! Thanks for your input and good looking out. I will post as soon as I talk to Bob and let you guys know.
