cr throttle hanging

Looking for alittle help. 2003 5.9 electronics, 6.7 block 5.9 head, 5.9 rail,400% s&s 5.9 injectors, 14mm hs s&s pump,fass 290, larson's tunes(hp tunes). Engine is fresh,Have only idled the truck few minutes. If i go from idle (900rpm roughly) bring throttle up just a hair to say 1400rpm it hangs there till i shut the truck off. Havent brought throttle up any more with fear of it running away. Any input, have shut injectors down one at a time with no change, havent capped off each injector yet( injectors were used but fresh paperwork from s&s but have sat in there box for a yr or so.

What is the rail pressure doing? is it hanging once you let off the throttle?

Seems I have an injector issue on #5. Capped it first then put a spare flux injector in its place and seems to be fine. Sent full set of injectors out to be checked.

Would hang throttle after letting off the throttle(as long as id let it run it would hang the throttle) till i shut truck down.
