CR vs. 12V Main and Rod Bearings?

Is there any difference in rod and main bearings in the Std. size from a CR to a 12V? So would a set of bearings from a CR work in a 12V or vise versa? Any info would be appreciated!

They are different, you can't use the 3rd gen rod bearings on 12v rods

Yeah the tangs on the CR rods are in a different spot and wont work.

I think the 24v or 12v rod would be better do to the rod bolt size's over the CR's, their cracked end but have small bolts.


I have a set of Swain Coated CR Rod Bearings if anyone is looking for a set.
