My dad has an '08 6.7...and we've done the EGR & EGR Cooler deletes on it, removed the cat and DPF, installed a full 4" turbo back exhaust, AEM intake, and running the current Smarty ME software.
The issue is...every time he barely rolls into the throttle, the overhead display pops on saying "perform maintenance" or something along those lines. And it throws a P1507 code ( Crankcase filter restriction ).
Has anyone else had this issue? He is getting frustrated as hell, because it happens daily...and he is sick of having to plug the Smarty in multiple times a day to clear the code, to have it pop back up 10 minutes later.
I PM'd Bob about this a week or so ago and haven't heard anything back....just curious if someone can help me figure this out.
