cruise, blower motor, 12v power output no work???

So i have recently replaced my evap and heater core, and a month later the blower motor, cruise control, and lower 12v supply have stopped working all at the same time? Anyone had any of these problems? I also have a 1595 solenoid code. The truck is a 2002.

Do you have 4wd? Only thing on these trucks thats vacuum powered is cruise, 4wd, and HVAC. Mine all quit at one time, I just accidently knocked off the main vacuum hose working on it one day.

Does your HVAC only blow out the defrost vents at the windshield? That seems to be a default position for the damper doors on these trucks and the duramax's.

Ya 4x4 works fine. I checked all vac lines and everything is hooked up. I did narrow down the the blower motor, there is a broken wire somwhere between the fire wall and the power dis. block under the hood. The key on is not powering up the relay. When a put power to pin 86 in the pdb the blower works normal. I am going to guess that wherever that wire is broke, there is a broken one for the cruise.
