hey guys my buddy is putting a 5.9 out of a 93 cummins cabover into a 1950 studebaker school bus. its a 12 valve with a p7100 pump. but its the ford branded engine. it going to be used for trips pulling a snowmobile trailer. the 5.9 has a allison 545 behind it know but i think he needs something with overdrive like a 2000 series tranny. then he would have to get a stand alone controller and hook up a tps. any info or other tranny suggestions on this. as a stick would be easier and automatic is preferred. thanks.
