Cummins and Duramax

I'm searching around for trucks. And I'm all about cummins but not a fan of the transmissions. But what's the good and bad on the lmm duramax's. Or is there effect way to bolt an Allison up to a cummins and not have problems with it.

What's wrong with the Cummins trans can be fixed for less money than a Allison conversion would cost.

If you wanna make any power you'll have to adress any stock automatic. The stock allison holds 450-475 I believe?
