C cumminsX Can't make up my mind Joined Apr 7, 2008 Messages 447 Mar 8, 2011 #2 When we did mine we made one out of an old cylinder head. It took a while to machine the holes, but it worked well. I don't see why aluminum wouldn't work, I just wanted to create as true of conditions as possible.
