for what it might be worth i know for the Denso alternators on the 94-98.5 era cummins you can purchase a part to convert it to a one wire set up. it comes with the instructions and pictures to diy install.


its a Transpo part number IN8315

Is there any chance of getting yo to post the directions? the shop that rebuilt my alternator installed the transpo piece and didn't give me the directions when I picked it up.

Had it done a week ago, and works well, and very clean. Sucked having to put it on the charger after every pass..
