cummis single and double disk fuel pumps

does anyone on here have any info on these pumps? i just bought a 1944 peterbilt that im gonna restore, its got either a single or double disk pump (not sure which). any info would be great!! its the original engine hb600 cummins.

The PT system is supposed to be a "drop in" replacement.

that was gonna be one of my questions. only change would be pump and injection lines, correct? seems converting it to a pt pump would be easier to get parts for, easpecially with the ULSD out now, i heard it will distroy a old disk style pump.
