Hey guys I pulled my dash out tonight and gettin ready to start building a custom metal one. I just thought I would ask if anyone has done this so I could get some better ideas.
 
Like sheet metal dash?

I did these, one is metal, the other is plastic.

im going to do one when i do my cummins swap and just put auto meter speedo tach etc i think it will look sharp with polished allu.
 
We put aftermarket gauges where the factory gauges were previously. I can't post pics currently.

Light it Up, I sent you a pic of ours from my phone.
 
Ya I mounted gauges in my stock dash but it never came out very clean. Im debating if I should build most of it out of thin sheet metal and then rivot a sqaure piece of allum in the middle for my gauges.

Roachie I would like to build a center console like yours. Do you have more pictures of it I could look at? Awesome job on it aslo.
 
All the metal came from tractor supply.

Ya Im gana start mine this weekend. Should be cool if it comes out like what I have pictured in my head.
 
I'm about one piece of plastic away from building a complete fiberglass dash with all new gauges.
