Custom ECU tuning ???

Well I found this on ebay , anybody ever had this done ? Looks a little more than the old smarty ECU . And if yr close they can program it to yr needs

I can tell you right now that that ECM ain't for a 2nd gen dodge cause mine does not look like that.

That ain't for a 5.9 Cummins...

Maybe 8L and up...
