My buddies shop started doing testing on a new intake. As you can see it has a heavy gauge flow splitter to try and help distribution in the manifold. He built a couple but with the economy the way it is would up closing the shop for a while.
So, No I don't have flow test data to go along with it. If you don't like the splitter you could take it out (tack welded in place). Its still a very nice intake either way. Currently has (3) 1/8" tapped holes in it but has room for upto 6. Also has stud for hanging the stock wiring loom on 3rd Gen trucks and it has the mount for the oil dipstick. Very nice welds, 1/2" thick steel mounting plate. (correct length bolts also included)

Also this intake was designed to be used without the stock heater grid, it clears all the lines and mounts up nicely. I'll also throw it a couple resistors for you guys who don't want to see the check engine light on after you remove your heater grid. Just wire them in place of the stock heater grid relays.

Camera is not working right but I will get pics up in just a few min...

Just need it out of my garage, asking $275 shipped

Thanks

Intake

Sould fit all 24v trucks, the lower intakes are the same. It was fit up on a 3rd gen. so I know it works with them. And the resistors should work on 2nd gen as well...

Thanks

Yes this deletes the stock heater grid.

All the cummins share the same bolt pattern, the difference is the angle that the intercooler tube hooks up. all 2nd gen 94-02 will interchange but are different angle than the 03-07. my commonrail intake woudlnt hook up to my 2nd gen plumbing, it was close but not enough, i bolted a 2nd gen 24v intake and flew with it.

Ok, I'll take the divider out and polish the inside where it was welded in....
