Where are you mod guys getting your Cepeks from? Havent looked real hard but not just anyone can get ahold of them or what? Interested in having a set just for fun basically. Drop a gear and run them every now and then. And man do they look sweet. What do they usually cost for the Giant Puller? Think they are 34x18 right?

Hmm... cant get the link to work. Why does everyone use the cepeks over the pit bulls Dale? Just curious. They look very similar?
 
there is a guy around columbus ohio that supposedly has a set on wheels for like 1200 bucks........ill call my buddy tonite and find out the details........
 
the cepeks are lighter in the first place and the sidewalls actually flex. you can try running pit bulls on the front but i probably wont work. not too many people have had any success with them up front. they are a good tire for a damn good track but not so much on a loose or soft track, they are like a plow piling dirt up in front of the fan. i am personally a fan of cepek g1 on the front (old style that arent made any more and are getting hard to find) and a g2 (current tire) on the back. the cepeks are like 525 a piece new. im not sure how much real wheels are. m.e. miller tires in ohio sells both pit bulls and cepeks. last i heard was the pit bulls were 495 a crack. i may be wrong.

We Run Pit Bulls On The Rear And Cepeks On The Front Of Our Open Truck And They Work Great But The Pit Bulls Require A Lot Of Work For Best Results. You Need To Remove All The Tread From The Side Wall So They Flex And Grip Better. We Even Change The Angle On The Bars. The Pit Bulls Are Also A Good Bit Taller So We Also Run Faster Gearing In The Front So The Rear Tires Aren't Pushing The Fronts.
 
If I get any I will get the Cepeks for sure. Hope to find some used at a good price along with some rims.
