Anyone happen to know this dimension or have an axle laying around that could take the dimension for me?

If I remember correctly the 94-99 are smaller diameter ,than 00-02 (32 spline) axle
 
00-02 axle inside diameter 68mm and outside diameter 90mm , or for better undertsanding : inside 2.667 and outside 3.543

Unless Estonia uses a slightly different conversion, I get 68mm/25.4=2.677" ?

But thanks for the help, it is just what I needed.

I do not knew, but tomorrow I can mesure it , I have Dana70 cut axle ends from 01 truck (with disc brakes)

Again Dana 70 01-02 axle diameter is bigger than regular 94-00 axle
 
huh didn't know that. I have a ford van D70 with disc brakes... wonder what that is then.
