Tom,
the second one, does loaded mean everything except the gears? I need a carrier that will except 3.54's so I am guessing this will work?

Yes, its a complete limited slip carrier with the side and spider gears and all the clutches/steels. No ring and pinion though.
And yes both of those carriers will work with 3.54's
