Got a stumble on the way home last night... Looks like I have a
P0122
P0500
P1763
And the obligatory 1693

I recon the Apps is dying, but the weird thing is that on the way to work, there was no stumble, but the dash would lock down until I dropped the throttle and got back on it. I have never heard of a speed sensor going bad. the 1763 is no big thing as I run Stupid ass line pressure anyway.....

Anybody had anything strange like this before that did not need a new APPS to fix?

That speed sensor may be going bad, but I doubt it. I get it all the time during the winter or it will pop up when the tires break loose. I got the 0122 a while back and replaced the apps and that fixed it. As for the dash the only time that happened to me I cleaned the connectors to the ecm and that seemed to solve it. Maybe you just had a couple of things happen at the same time.

i get the po500 if i use the smarty to change the tire size. not sure if you have one but just a thought.

I get the 0500 and 0122 every now and then... I just clear them, I mean the truck seems fine....

like said above, if the tires break loose, the speed sensor will throw a code...
