dana 60 problems

i have 95 with a dana 60 in the front. i went with the posi lock and a spool
and i use it for pulling. the posi lock always kicks out goin down the track. any suggestions?
 
The engagement cable is adjustable. You need to adjust it till its tight. I'm sure by this point your engagement collar is a stripped out so you might want to replace it
 
I had a posi lock in my 96, it all of a sudden last month started to try and catch the engagement collar (had no problem for 5 months with it) around 55-60 mph. Not a good sound btw. I adjusted it more to the point it wont stay locked in 4wd when pressure is point on it. And it still tried to catch the collar once I readjusted it again. So I decided to bite the bullet, yukon grizzly locker and 35 spline one piece long shaft and short shaft.
 
with a yukon grizzly locker does anyone have problems getting it to disengage at the end of the track?
 
Dedicated puller? I welded my open carrier and use the two piece axle to engage and disengage the front axle to turn. It does turn the front drive shaft down the road but a one piece axle will do the same.
