Quickest way is to upgrade to a 35 spline outter (most stockers were 30 spline depending on application). Will require 35 spline lockouts or pucks. The dana 60 is not indestructable (especially in a diesel). If you are going to run it, a full set of aftermarket 35 spline inners/outters with a strong joint is a good starting point.

Should I just go ahead and replace the I inners while I'm at it? What did y'all find about having to bore out the spindle?

looks like a 99-04 ford superduty unit bearing to me so 35 spline wont just drop in you will need to have the center bore of the unit bearing opened up to fit the 35 spline stub in. branik machine in ft. wayne can do that for you and the last i talked to them they had several 300m stubs sitting on the shelf.
